Podego Play: Interactive audio quest made easily

OUR APPROACH

Co-create with the audience you want to reach

1. Discovery workshop

We facilitate sessions with young people at your institution to map what excites them.

2. Experience design

Together we shape stories, characters, and audio scripts grounded in your collection.

Optional: add a Podego storyteller voice to bring the script to life.

3. Playtest & refine

Real teens test the experience before launch, so it lands the way it should. Your first quest comes with full Podego guidance. After launch, the experience is yours to extend, refresh, or reimagine whenever you like.

Hencas van Huyssteen

Hencas came to storytelling via heavy metal, film sets, and a cosmic horror video game he's building. He currently releases new chapters of his sci-fi novel on Substack every two weeks.

What drives him: good stories well told, shifting perspectives, and the conviction that entertainment and education are the same thing done right. At Podego, he channels all three into museum audio guides — and he's proudest of the work with SAKA Museum and Podego Play.

Science fiction novel writer

Tone & voice:

Conversational, curious, and peppered with pop culture. Hencas scripts feel like a friend explaining something cool. Expect the unexpected reference.

The museum experience should be more than knowledge transfer.

Why youth love it

Built for the way teens actually learn..and play!

01
Story-based

Add a hint of drama to your collection. Introduce characters, plot twists, and rich audio narration that pulls teens into the story of your exhibitions.

02
Gamifying museums

Designed to support neurodivergent visitors with self-paced exploration and clear audio-visual prompts. The focus is on the content of your exhibitions — not just the game.

03
Challenging & fun

Integrated challenges spark friendly competition — searching for artefacts, answering quizzes, unlocking hidden stories. Learning that doesn't feel like learning.

Let's get teens through your doors — and keep them coming back
